BRIEF

Significant portion of Learn & Grow app users are non or low-engaged during their trial period, with this segment of users having the lowest conversion rate. Together with the new insight that parents across all segments expected and needed an insights tool to better understand the learning value of our app, we designed an insights tool from 0 to 1.
